Another common approach in coaching is to shift the client’s emotional state. For example, a coach might ask Billie Eilish to recall a moment when she felt proud and excited, using that memory to steer her into a more positive mindset. Gratitude practices or similar techniques can temporarily lift her out of imposter syndrome, creating a sense of relief.
